       Aluminum profile is aluminum alloy extrusion profile π-type section. The section is alien open structure, two vertical sides ends form nip, nip can be elastic open, its flexibility pressure clamp contact wire, which can effectively prevent aluminum profile to slide from the contact wire when aluminum profile is expansion and contraction. Product performance is stable and reliable. Mid-joints

Mid-joints is used for connecting adjacent aluminium plate, structure design conforms to inner section shape of aluminium plate, composed by two connection board。 In order to make good electrical contact between middle joint and aluminium row, outside surface of each connected plate is designed several element rest, and contact with aluminium row continuously. Besides, in order to ensure the connected aluminium row alignment, each connection board designed is automatic alignment structure. Thread hole of middle joint use special measure anti-loose to ensure the reliability of the joint anti-loose.

       Aluminum profile terminal is made by aluminum alloy bus bar, the length is 7.5 m (it can be adjusted according to the actual installation condition), installed at each rigid anchor joint, and one end is raised and prevent accidents including damage pantograph, etc., ensure pantograph pass smoothly. Removable type aluminum profile device
       Removable type aluminum profile device is used for civil defence door of urban subway tunnel, in emergency condition, the defence door will be shut off if detaching removable type joint clip and removable aluminum profile . and needn’t disconnect contact wire.
      A set of removable type aluminum profile device is made up of short aluminum profile , joint and aluminum profile auxiliary disassemble the equipment.

Protective cover
