Steel/aluminium contact rail

       Steel/aluminium contact rail use C shape steel strip inserted into the aluminum rail to make rolling composition, this process makes steel strip and aluminum rail much more close and improves the conductivity of steel/aluminum contact rail. The body of aluminum rail chooses aluminum, magnesium silicon alloy 6101B (T6), it meets the chemical composition and mechanical properties which stipulated in ASTM B317 “The Bus Conductor”, and it has characteristics including high strength, anti-corrosion, heat treatment applicable. Stainless steel strip adopts 06Cr19Ni10, it meets the requirements of wear resistance, conductivity, anti-corrosion and comprehensive mechanical performance in the process of using conductor rails.

Mid-connector

        Mid-connector is used to realize mechanical, electrical connection of rail between adjacent steel/aluminum contact rail. The middle connector body adopts copper and aluminum transition plate form.
