Driving mechanism
      Driving organization is the power organization of movable section. It directly drives output axis of driving organization for rotation through coupler by power-driven machine, and then brings along the whole movable section to rotate and move. The material of bearing base is ZG270-500, the material of connected base is Q235A. Driving organization can be directly connected to pillars or transitional connection seat by self bracket. At the same time, the over-rotating device is set up on the bracket. This increases the system security.


Follower organization
     Follower organization is used for supporting follower cantilever of movable section. It follows the driving organization to rotate and move during moving process of the movable section. The material of bearing base is ZG270-500, the material of connected base is Q235A. Follower organization can be directly connected to pillars or transitional connection seat by self bracket.


Rotating arm
     Rotating arm is installed in the driving, follower mechanism to support each movable section beam. It is made by square steel pipe, and the material is Q235A


Transition cantilever
     Transition cantilever is directly installed in the section connecting base. It is used for supporting transition section beam, made by square steel pipe, and the material is Q235A


Insulator
     Silicon rubber insulator is installed in the cantilever, used for the electric insulation between each support parts of movable overhead contact system and hanging position. Silicon rubber insulator is pressed connection to the hardware with the bending GRP insulator rod by high temperature lead molding, cooperate manufacture process with whole injection group of silicon rubber umbrella molding.

Suspension clip
     Suspension clip is mainly made up of adjusting nut, adjusting screw (material 06 Cr19Ni10), anchor clip (material Q235A), it is installed in the suspension base of the cantilever end, used for fixing, support beam (bus bar). Adjusting nut and screw can realize the section beam (bus bar) conducting high consistent.

Section joint
     Section joint is used between two movable section, and the connection between transition section and movable section, and it can realize the mechanical transition and electrical connection, and it is made up of two rotary arm structure.


Section electrical connection device
     Section electrical connection device is installed at each section joints. It is used for guarantee the electrical splice between each section, meet the conductivity using requirement. The main material of the electrical connection device is QSn4-3.


Rotary stay device
     Rotary stay device is used for adjusting the nature level of the rotary arm, stable the structure of the rotary arm. Composed by using adjustable bolt to connect rotary stay bracket and slanting stay. The material of adjustable bolt is ZG270-500, the rotary stay bracket is Q235A,slanting stay is 06Cr19Ni10.


Library door anchor
      The library door anchor device is directly installed in the garage door embedded cantilever, and used for fixing transition section beam. The library anchor device is made up of anchor cantilever ( material Q235A) and silicon rubber composite insulator


Conductor rail
     Conductor rail is used for fixing and clamping contact wire and transferring the current. The connecting & composing of conductor rail and the end bending form the each section beam. It adopts extruding work process to manufacture with aluminum alloy 6101 B. It has the characteristics of light weight, big current carrying, high elastic modulus, good mechanical performances, etc., and it is widely used in the metro, tunnel suspension system.

Bus bar terminal
     Bus bar terminal is used for end of each section beam. Using bus bar processing molding, guarantee the locomotive pantograph could safety, well, smooth transition between each section. Its parameters are same as the bus bar.

Transition bus bar
     Transition bus bar is namely rigid flexible transition beam, using bus bar processing molding, installed in both ends of movable overhead contact. Flexible overhead contact system contact wire directly into transition bus bar after anchor, ensure the locomotive pantograph can smooth transition from flexible overhead contact system to movable overhead contact system
